got back in the water tonight. drove to bloomington to practice with the masters team there. whew...definitely not in the same shape i used to be in. well, got in about 2000 yards, so i'm pretty happy with that for the first night back in.
So everyone does New Year's resolutions. It's pretty much a fact of life in America. One of mine is to work out more. I figured, maybe if I keep track of it and see the progress I make, I'll be more inclined to stick with it. Unfortunately I lose stuff a lot, so a notebook wouldn't be the best idea. And thus the blog is born...
